

X10CrMoVNb9-1 steel pipe and X20CrMoV11-1 steel pipe are Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium alloy steel materials comply to european specification EN 10216-2.Normalized and Tempered heat treatment shall be done for X20CrMoV11-1 steel pipe and X10CrMoVNb9-1 steel pipe,tempering temperature shall be within 730-780 Deg.Centigrade.
In chemical composition,X20CrMoV11-1 steel pipe requires Cr% within 10%-12.5% and Mo% within 0.8-1.2% and V% within 0.25-0.35%,however X10CrMoVNb9-1 steel pipe requires Cr% within 8%-9.5% and Mo% within 0.85-1.05% and V% within 0.18-0.25%.Tensile strength for these two steel grades both above 630 Mpa.NDT test shall be done for X10CrMoVNb9-1 steel pipe and X20CrMoV11-1 steel pipe.
