Galvanized steel plate and coil SGH490 owned proof strength above 365 Mpa and tensile strength above 490 Mpa.Relative galvanized steel grades under JIS G3302:SGCC,SGHC,SGCH,SGCD1,SGCD2,SGCD3,SGCD4,
SGC340,SGC400,SGC440,SGC490,SGC570,SGH340,SGH400,SGH440,SGH490,SGH540.In these galvanized steel grades,the C is for cold rolled and the H is for hot rolled.
After rolled,Chemical passivation for galvanized steel sheet SGH490 is chosed by customers,Chemical passivation protects the surface against humidity and reduces the risk of formation of white rust during transportation and storage in open yard.Local discolouring as a result of this treatment is permissible and does not impair the quality for galvanized steel SGH490 material.
