High tensile strength steel plate Q460C and Q460D steel plate has minimum yield strength at 460 Mpa and tensile strength within 550-720 Mpa.Q460D steel plate shall be done impacting test at low temperature minus 20 Degree centigrade,however Q460C steel plate shall be done impact test at 0 Degree centigrade.The minimum impact test energy both above 47 J in longitudinal for Q460C steel plate and Q460D steel plate.
In specification GB/T 16270,Q460C steel plate and Q460D steel plate both done heat treatment under Quenching and tempering.Other relative steel grades also with quenching and tempering includes Q500C steel plate,Q500D steel plate,Q500E steel plate,Q690C steel plate,Q690D steel plate,Q690E steel plate,Q890D steel plate,Q890E steel plate.
