Normalised and TMCP rolled NK Grade DH40 shipbuilding steel plate owned the highest tensile strength within 510-650 Mpa,and the minimum yield point shall be 390 Mpa.Class DH40 indicate the low temperature impacting test shall be done under minus 20 centigree.Xinsteel exported 500,000 tons higher strength shipbuilding steel materials all over the world especially southeast asia.When delivery,mill quality department would mark on each shipbuilding steel plate,for NK Grade DH40 ship plate,the steel mark should be included as Mill's Logo,Sizes,Steel Grade,Heat treatment mark,Heat Number or Batch number.
Our mill test certificate shall be issued according to EN10204 type 3.1 and if need the third party inspection and stamped by them,the Mill test certificate should be issued under format EN10204 type 3.2.For NK Grade DH40 need the inspection by NK ship surveyor after rolling and mill test certificate issued under EN10204 3.2.
