February 18th: Malaysian Ministry of International Trade and Industries on Monday said in a statement, Malaysia will impose anti-dumping duties for the several export wire business in China, Indonesia and South Korea.    

The ministry said Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Lion Corp Bhd, said that imports of steel wire price is much lower than the price of origin, effective damage caused on the domestic market.，and subsequent government investigation.

The ministry said the move will be for five years from Wednesday. It did not announce the list of companies that effected by anti-dumping duties.
