The Provincial Department of Industry said that Henan Province has completed the tasks of eliminating backward production capacity. And there are 113 enterprises have all been discontinued.

It is understood that the government Issued index that 113 enterprises eliminate backward production capacity in the beginning of the year. These enterprises were involved in 17 kinds of industries including the iron, steel, ferroalloys, copper smelting, flat glass, paper, alcohol, coke, calcium carbide, aluminum smelting, lead smelting, cement, monosodium glutamate, leather, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, lead-acid batteries , etc. Until the end of September, the enterprises have all been discontinued. Among them,there are 70 enterprises which have finish the work of dismanling all equipments . There are 35 enterprises which are in the process of dismanling equipments.And there are 8 companies which just start .

On October 31st, the eliminating backward production capacity of the third working meeting of the Leading Group Office in Henan Province was held in Zhengzhou. This meeting arranged that the acceptance work which eliminates the backward project in 2012.
