June 21, the Development Industry and Foreign Trade Ministry of Foreign Trade Secretariat from Brazil announced it would start anti-dumping investigation on imports from China of seamless carbon steel pipes.The products involved tariff HS code as: 73041900.

 

   In view of China not been as a market economy country in the anti-dumping procedures,Brazil intends to select United states as the surrogate country to calculate the normal value of the exports involved. Enterprises involved should complete a questionnaire and submit the reply within 40 days from the date of the self-Questionnaire was mailed.Other stakeholders should apply Brazil side for participating in the survey and indicating its legal representative within 20 days since the date of announcement released.
