India levy temporary protection tax on China’s 300 series hot rolled stainless steel plate

January 4, 2013, the Central Committee of India Ministry of Finance Customs announced: according to the preliminary findings of the Bureau of Indian Ministry of Finance safeguards, levying temporary protection tax
with 20% ad valorem rate on originating in China's Hot Rolled Flat Product Stainless Steel plate of 304 Grade (maximum width 1605 mm ),which include austenitic stainless steel containing not less than 6% of the nickel, chromium, molybdenum and titanium(also can not contain two elements).
