According to Vietnamese media reports, in Vietnam, five new steel plants will be put into operation ,at that time the oversupply of contradictions will be more prominent in the Vietnam steel market,and the competition in the steel industry will be further intensified.

The Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) said ,in the case of Iron and steel products exports influencing by national trade policies, the new steel plant in Vietnam beening put into production is bound to exacerbate the fierce competition in the steel industry.

In addition,importing iron and steel products also pose a threat to the survival of the iron and steel enterprises in Vietnam.It is said that Vietnamese imported Iron and steel products about 500 million tons and imports is $ 5 billion in 2012.Among these ,importing black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, steel pipe, welded steel pipes, hot-rolled steel, structural steel are much more than others.
