Hot-dip galvanized steel plate and coil DX56D+Z,DX56D+ZF,DX56D is for extra deep drawing quality.After rolled,Chemical passivation for DX56D+Z,DX56D+ZF is chosed by customers,Chemical passivation protects the surface against humidity and reduces the risk of formation of white rust during transportation and storage in open yard.Local discolouring as a result of this treatment is permissible and does not impair the quality for galvanized steel DX56D,DX56D+Z,DX56D+ZF.
Beside,Oil treatment also can reduce the risk of atmospheric corrosion of the plate surface.It shall be possible to remove the oil layer with a suitable degreasing solvent which does not adversely affect the Zinc.Of course,customers can choose unoiling for these hot dipped galvanized steel plates and coils DX56D+Z,DX56D+ZF,DX56D.
