DNV Grade DH32 shipbuilding steel plate is higher strength shipbuilding plate which is mainly used for built hull of vessels,ship body construction.Normally when rolling,Air rolled and Control Rolled is ok for ship plate DNV Grade DH32 with the thickness equal and belows 40 Millimeters,and for thickness above 40mm,the heat treatment shall be Normalised or TMCP,these two technical treatment would improve steel strength in yield and tensile points.Generally before using these ship plates DNV Grade DH32,steel plate pretreatment is necessary.Pre-treatment including shot blasting and painting with shop primer.

If the end users from shipyards demands some additional technical terms for DNV Grade DH32 steel plate,such as Z-test,Ultrasonic test and the higher temperature when doing impacting test,shipyards have to draft these items into their purchase orders.Our mill test certificate shall be issued according to EN10204 type 3.1 and if need the third party inspection and stamped by them,the Mill test certificate should be issued under format EN10204 type 3.2.
