During about 3 months both sides confirmations for steel technicals and order terms,Xinsteel and SteelHub from Korea finally signed this 400tons SG365+CR steel order.Grade SG365 is used for buliding LPG cylinders in many countires which is one Janpanese steel grade in JIS G3116.In chinese steel specification GB6653,there is one equal steel grade HP345 to SG365.

Considering saving buying cost for Steelhub,Xinsteel’s engineers suggest rolling these SG365 coils with adding more Cr (above 0.3%) alloy,like this,Xinsteel can get export refunding from chinese government (rate 13%),so that Steelhub also get the lowest price under this way.After sending steel samples for tests,such as explorde testing,welding practices in Korea plant,Steelhub confirmed there is no differnence when final usage in cylinders with adding more Cr.
