This is the first time exporting chinese standard abrasion resistant steel plates to Pakistan.698tons abrasion reistance steel plates NM400 exported to our waste disposal and recovery equipment customers in Pakistan.Customer’s order required heat treatment under Quenched and Tempered,improve surface hardness above 410HB.After confirmed by Xinsteel’s technicals dept.,we received this specail order.Before this order,this pakistan customer always used HARDOX 400 and HARDOX 450.

Recent years,more and more industrial plants perfer to use abrasion resistance steels in their projects due to its higher hardness on surface.NM400 is 3 to 5 times more than common low-alloy steel plates which can significantly improve surface hardness, usually achieved 360 ~ 450HB.In truck bodies and containers, NM400 ensures a longer lifetime and highly predictable performance. Its high strength and hardness often allows for a thinner plate, enabling a higher payload and better fuel economy.
