Shipbuilding steel plate BV Grade A is one kind of common structural steel material with Bureau Veritas classification society certificate.Also called BV Class A steel plate,BV-A steel plate,BV A steel plate.LR Grade AH36 steel plate is one high strength shipbuilding steel matertials with Lloyd’s register class society approval,we call LR-AH36 steel plate,LR AH36 steel plate,LR Class grade AH36 steel plate.
Comparasion with BV Grade A steel plate,LR Grade AH36 steel plate requires low alloy contains in chemical composition,such as Nb,V,Cu,Cr.LR Grade AH36 steel plate shall be done charp V-notch impact test at 0 Degree centigrade,BV Grade A steel plate no need to do impact test.LR Grade AH36 has a higher tensile strength values than BV Grade A steel plate.
