Our mill test certificate shall be issued according to EN10204 type 3.1 and if need the third party inspection and stamped by them,the Mill test certificate should be issued under format EN10204 type 3.2.For ABS Grade AQ51 need the inspection by ABS ship surveyor after rolling and mill test certificate issued under EN10204 3.2.
