

Low temperature high tensile steel plate ABS EH36 and steel plate ABS AH36 both supplies comply to IACS ABS classification society rules.TMCP or Normalized heat treatment shall be done for ABS EH36 steel plate and ABS AH36 steel plate.These two grades have the same chemical composition and mechanical property including yield strength and tensile strength,elogation rate.Comparasion of steel plate ABS EH36 and steel plate ABS AH36,the main difference is impact test temperature,ABS AH36 does impact test at temprature 0 Degree Centigrade,however ABS EH36 shall be at -40 Degree centigrade.
Application to submarine,ice breaker,vessels,ships,low temperature high tensile steel plate ABS EH36 and steel plate ABS AH36 are very suitable for heavy thickness parts such as cranes,tanks.EN 10204 3.2 format mill certificate with ABS approval would be submit to end users when delivery these shipbuilding steel plates.
