Carbon structural steel materials A500 Grade A square tube and A500 Grade B square tube comes from American specification ASTM A500/A500M.They can be cold formed welded type or seamless type.Besides A500 Grade A square tube and A500 Grade B square tube,there are A500 Grade C square tube and A500 Grade D square tube.A500 Grade A square tube and A500 Grade B square tube have the same chemical composition in heat analysis,but A500 Grade B square tube has a higher yield strength and tensile strength.A500 tubes also can be rolled as rectangular tubes and round pipes.
Marking with specification,grade,dimension and heat number shall be appear on A500 Grade A square tube and A500 Grade B square tube surface when supplying.Original mill certificate with EN 10204 3.2 ABS format along with these square tubes.
