How many grades comply to ASTM A106 PIPE ? ASTM A106 pipe is seamless carbon steel pipe for high temperature service,A106 pipe includes three grades as pipe A106 Grade A,pipe A106 Grade B and pipe A106 Grade C,these pipes are all seamless type.In chemical composition,these three grades are very similar,the difference is in Mechanical property:

Seamless pipe A106 Grade A with Yield strength above 205 Mpa and tensile strength above 330Mpa.

Seamless pipe A106 Grade B with Yield strength above 240 Mpa and tensile strength above 415Mpa.

Seamless pipe A106 Grade C with Yield strength above 275 Mpa and tensile strength above 485Mpa.

Flattening tests,Hydrostatic test,Nondestructive electric test shall be done for all ASTM A106 PIPES.
